RENEW 2027 is all about bringing the next generation of Christadelphian young people together to grow in faith, build lasting community, and be inspired by Christ’s love. By donating, you’re not just helping fund a conference, you’re investing in our community’s future. Your support ensures that this youth conference remains affordable, high-quality, and accessible to as many young people as possible.

A pledge donation means you commit to giving a regular, recurring amount (usually monthly) rather than a one-off gift. Think of it as partnering with us long-term. It’s a way to spread your support out, make a sustained impact, and help us plan more effectively.

How will it work?

Choose an amount you feel comfortable giving each month (see our suggested amounts below).
Set up your pledge: this can be done by completing & following instructions on our Pledge Form.
We use your monthly donations to fund things like venue costs, speakers, materials, promotion and to sponsor young people who might otherwise be unable to attend this conference.
You’ll receive updates on how your support is making a difference. We will keep you in the loop with our progress over the next year as we plan!

Is my donation tax deductible?

Unfortunately RENEW 2027 is ineligible for Deductible Gift Recipients (DGR) status and therefore any donations made to the youth conference are NOT tax deductible.

Can I change or cancel my pledge later?

Absolutely! We understand that circumstances can change, so please do not hesitate to contact us in the event that you would like to change or cancel your pledge.

How much should I pledge?

There’s no “right” amount, the best pledge is one that you can give comfortably and consistently. Every monthly contribution, no matter the size, helps us plan confidently, keep costs affordable, and provide a spiritually rich experience for young people heading to RENEW 2027. Even $5 a month makes a meaningful difference when our whole community contributes together.

If it helps, here are some suggested pledge levels and the real impact they could have:

$5 a month: could cover the cost of essential small items like pens, name badges or printed materials for one attendee
$10 a month: could help fund discussion group resources, our conference study guide and other support materials used throughout the week
$20 a month: could help cover the cost of supplies needed for group activities and workshops
$30 a month: could help cover venue costs including meals, AV, venue hire, accommodation, etc.
$50 a month: could help cover the cost of meals and accommodation for our wonderful speakers and hosts
$100 a month: could cover the cost of one young person who might otherwise be unable to attend
$200 a month: could support large conference-wide expenses including venue hire, logistics or technical equipment
